I have also received the same sms that i have won this draw from shell company and i contacted them through email and now they are telling me that their diplomate will come to my country to deposit the amount but i have to pay airport cleatence charges of $250. i want to know whether it is true.. pls reply soon as their deplomat is going to come on 24th Octomber. I want to know whether this draw is true or false. waiting for your reply. thanks
