I usually send letters from Pune to Mumbai. Every time I have to follow up thro email and Mumbai office for delivery. DTDC takes 4 to 6 days to deliver letter from Pune to Mumbai after repeated follow ups. Complaints made thro email have no effect on administration. VERY BAD SERVICE but I have to use it bcoz there is no other courier in my neighborhood. Now I have come to know that Vichare has started service in Pune.
