I am deeply tensed and sad at the moment for the fact that earlier on 26th of November, i had posted one letter in the name of my sister TSERING DOLKAR, studying at Pune. Letter also content a draft amount of Rs.6000/- which was meant for her college fees. She is getting out of time to give the college fees. Letter was posted from DELHI UNIVERSITY with a reference number given as ED 786 121 492 IN.
I would greatly appreciate your kind assistance in this matter and get my letter deliver to my sister at the earliest. Thanking you so much.
