Improper and dissatisfactory services from the company authorised service cente

No proper action taken from the company, since last one and a half month, although many mails were send and daily reminders were given on phone, but what was from the company end was consoling mails, which finally forced us to purchase a new AC. On the other end service center people who have AMC for the AC are non cooperative and rude, they have also manhandled the product and are now not interested to look into the matter.
