LG 1.5 ton Split AC- Gas leakage-No service from Viveks

An LG 1.5 ton split AC was puchased on 25.40.2009 from Viveks & Co (Chennai). In August the AC was not cooling and when I called LG, the technician visited us and told me that there is a Gas Leakage in the AC and refused to do the repair. He only then informed us that the Waranty was sold to the dealer and that LG would never to any service for the products within the Waranty period.

Now when I called Viveks the dealer, there was no favorable reply from them and they told that the Service can be done only next month in September at the earliest. After a long strugle with the LG customer care I got the number of Mr. Ramaswamy - 9962552833 the local service manager. Ramaswamy called the Viveks service manager, who then agreed to for the sevice. A week later the dealer (Viveks), they took the AC for 2 weeks and then placed at my residence even without fixing it on the wall for 4 days. Finally after 2 months of trouble, the AC was fixed.

Once the AC was fixed the gas was leaking again within 2 weeks. Now there is support either from Viveks or from LG and the AC is not working at all!!!
