I have contacted LG 24X7 customer care on 18th of April regarding the service of two split air conditioners installed in my house at Alekhya Farms, Yenkepally Village, Moinabad, Hyderabad, 500075. I was told that the technician will visit us the very next day. How ever nobody turned up, hence we called them again to renew our old request for service. We were again told the same thing, that the technician would arrive any time the next day. We kept waiting for him, but he never turned up. This has been happening almost everyday till date (3rd May). Everyday we were given a new request ID, but nobody even bothered to call us or visit us. Which is why I am here to register a complaint. Please help me out.
