I Purchased a LG Window AC in 2007. Since then it has been giving trouble. It gives a lot of noise. Repeated complaints proved to be of no use. Sarcastically the dealer from whom i purchased it says- "LG mein noise problem ki shikayat rahti hai, hum kuchh nahi kar sakte". I registered my complain online on 10th June. A mechanic (whom LG people call ENGINEER) came, tightened a nut nut, charged me Rs. 331 without bill and went away. The AC started giving noise again the same day. Inspite of repeated complaints to the service centre, no one came for service. Is this the service these LG people boast of? HORRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIBBBBBBBLLLLE.
