No response from dealer within warranty period

Dear Sir,

Our Jainscar Pvt., Ltd., Vellore – 632 009. We bought 24 Nos of LG 1.5, 2 & including 3 ton Air-conditioner in Resimet, Thiruvanmiyor, Chennai, India (LG Dealer) on Jan and warranty period of one year. For the past 8 months 2 Nos of LG Air-conditions are not working. Both of them are in within warranty period. We gave complaints to LG Customer Care (Complaint No. S9C80404582, S9C80404889 and also LG Tool Free Number 18001809999). And also we gave complaints to Local LG Service Dealer of Wintech, Vellore More number of times but no response from them.

In our Server Computer on IT Room. Server is very difficult to run without AC.

I request that kindly make necessary arrangements to service 2 Nos of LG Air-conditions as early as possible.
