Sir,

I bought a LG room Air Conditioner a year before. With in a year the Air Conditioner (AC) has been serviced thrice as it’s comes under the regular warranty services and after doing all these regular services by the LG customer service people the performance of the Air Conditioner has went down and the cooling effect has completely gone and unable to function properly.

There is a leak in the unit no cooling gas in the AC and it has to be refilled, however the compressor unit has been given 5 years guarantee it seems.

With in a year the LG AC is unable to function properly and needs to refill the gas for Rs1500 tax and that is also can be guaranteed only for 3 months and if this continues the gas has to be filled every 3 months and after investing 24000 on the LG AC am left out with no option and need to spend again for the AC unit and after that have no idea how long it works.

I am very much disappointed with the LG AC quality and the service, now am forced to do the annual maintenance. This is a bitter experience with LG AC for me and I strongly will never recommend LG AC to my relatives and friends as it is very poor in the performance and maintenance high.
