No Response from customer care

I bought a LG microwave last month. When service engineer visited me for the purpose of demo, he found some manufacturing defect in it and suggested a replacement of the product. Since dat date, it took a month by the company to react and they even stopped reactng on my complaints with customer cre which claims to resolve your problem in 24 Hrs...

Later on they told me that this model is nomore available in their stock so i have to choose another one, preferebly of higher range... When i have purchased a new one, dereafter also deres no response to my complaints regarding demonstration and installation of the product... company's promises and claims are fake..
