Consignment no. 207420186 which was shipped from Gurgaon (Haryana) on 15/11 has not yet been delivered to the intended recipient. I have tried all the phone nos. of Corporate office, Customer service centre, regional office listed on www.blazeflash.com, but none of phones can be connected even after trying continuously for than four hours. To my utter surprise, Galleria Courier Service & Photostate from which I couriered the item is now showing little interest to my complain and likes to be indifferent to the problem. Shipment tracking on the web site clearly shows that it has taken out for the delivery but still no sign of receiving it. Person sitting in Howrah (WB) office (Ph no : 09330998003) is ignorant of the consignment and is hardly interested to look into the matter. Such a poor service and considerable delay and negligience in addressal of grievance will surely forbid me in future transactions.
