Not Setisfection On Shopkippe

Dear Sir/Madam

I live in Kolkata. I was perched a DVD writer on 21-07-08. Unfortunetly last month my writer had getting some problem for reading. I give my writer on my purches shop on13-06-09 in a warrenty period they told me that " we will give your writer within two week." But still now they does not support me & day to day tell me we give you tomorrow.

So, this type of behavieor i am very ferested. So, please take any action of the shopkeeper.
