I logged a complaint wide complaint no. W9C73106847 on Friday July 31st which is not been attended till date August 7. I even called the customer service number twice and even mailed twice on [email protected] to remind and requested to send someone to attend the complaint; but no action.
On every call and on mail they have a uniform answer; that they have forwarded the complaint to the concerned service manager and he will attend you today… How long should a customer wait for the complaint to be attended?
Television is a basic necessity in day to day life and especially if children’s are at home.
Would like to know from the LG team where is the prompt service gone which they are committed?
