False advertising and AMC services

I took an AMC from LG in early march. In April, my a/c had run out of gas. LG took Rs.2200 (approx) from me. On their site they promise service within 48 hours and promptly. I made my complaint on the 12th of April. I was told the service engineers would do the needful on the 13th. Since that time endless phone-calls, complaints, e-mails- and I have yet to see the so called "prompt" service take place. The call centre does the standard apology and guarantees an engineer will appear on that day. As a result I have taken time off work to be present when the engineer arrives. No such engineer has appeared and I have lost out on clients and work as a result of such incompetence. That a company by virtue of its size is entitled to treat its customers with scant disregard is appalling. There is no empath, understanding of care by this organisation. They have taken my money- and they wanted me to take it for all five a/cs)- thank goodness I didn't fall fool to that. I am seeking damages for emotional harassment, loss of work time and clients and misrepresentation as well as fraud by the organisation.
