I am Pranay Piyush and i was appointed Technical Support Representative in McAfee Process in Bangalore centre. My batch no was 907.I went through training for last 33 days. I did quiet well in my Voice and Accent part and scored more than what was required. Then i went through Product level assement yesterday and i was told that i didn't cleared up. That sounded strange to me but still i accepted it. When i went to office next day i discovered that one of my co-trainnee who din't cleared the aseement with me was through suddenly. I don't know how it happened, there was no other reaasement conducted later. I went to my my trainer to ask him to consider as i was very confident about my product knowledge. I told them to give me a chance and still they find i am not worth i will move out. But i didn't got the chance. I event had word with John and Vinod Team Leader of McAfee process and they were rady to give chance to me. But one of the lead trainer of McAfee process Bopaya didn't agrreed i requested him a lot to reconsider but all gone in vain.
I just wanted to bring some of the things into the picture which shouldn't happen at such a reputed place. Firstly my co-trainee was passed due to influence and Bopaya did so as he was freind of my co trainee who cleared suddenly even after the results were announced. Well, the worst thing happened when i was in the office premises today and i went to one of my trainer in L&D bay and Bopaya saw me aked "WHAT THE HELL ARE U DOING HERE?? HE ASKED FOR MY IDENTITY CARD WHICH HE SNACHED IT FROM MY HANDS AND TOOK ME TO SECURITY AND TOLD TOLD THAT THIS GUY IS FIRED DON"T ALLOW HIM TO ENTER THE PREMISES.And it was not even 24 hours from the time the results were announced. I don't think this i way to talk to anyone and i suppose i was a part of 247 customer. I even went to HRD and told the whole story but everything gone in vain. Some strict action toward person like Bopaya Should be taken.
When I got this job i was very happy as I was a part of a reputed organisation were i thought i can build my carrier and i never expected that i will have such a corrrupt system. Bopaya seems to believe on his own choice apart from anything else. I come from technical background and have worked for other technical procees and i am very confident about myself that i can't clear the McAfee technical training. I this i the real scenario there then i am really very happy today that i am not the part of your organization but i don't think so this is the real scene. I just want the things to be transparent. I request you to kindly spare out your precious time for this matter as real ral unjustice is done to me. Hope to get positive reply.
