With due respect, I would like to inform you that, my company didnot give any PF and other facilties to the employee though he have more that 50 to 80 employee in different area of West Bengal. His employee is located in Gouhati, siliguri, malda, patna, bhubaneshar, ranchi and diffentent location of kolkata and west bengal. He didnot provide any payslip. He always pay the salaries throgh account pay. They have there all the account in SBI, SOUTHERN AVENU, 129A S.P.Mukherjee Road, kol-26.I think in this way he didnot submit any Income tax to the government. It is my request to you that please take any action so that we can get proper facilities as per goverment rules. If i didnot get any responce from this complain then i will send next complain to Humun Resource Minister. The details of company address are as below:-
