I purchased one washing machine model no. 7519RW, Unit Sr. no. 003716 on 29/09 from JD Electronics, Abids, Hyderabad, AP .On 04/10 one person from the concrned shop came for instalation. But despite his best effort he was unable to operate it due to faulty water input portal. I brought this to the notice of the dealer but he is giving assurance only but not doing needful. As this is a manufacturing problem, I want areplacement of this product failing which I will be compelled to opt for legal root for redressal of my problem
