They will do all the checking and login details. On the payment page they open the credit card payment area. Once you entered the details and submit, the page will say transaction error. But they will take all of your card details and charge the amount from your card. The amount can be any. I mean up to the card limit. Me and my friend faced the issue. They charged Rs 8000 from my card sliently. My friend card Charged Rs 18, 000 from his card.
They willc reate a paypal account with your given information and charge on it.
I have registered the complanit to my bank.
Be aware. Don't try the following sites for domain registration

They are keep on changing the sub domain names to excape.
