I brought LG Refrigerator GL- 308VT4 from Sumaria on 22/3 which was deliverd to me on 27/3. Within a month the LG Refrigerator has developed cooling problems twice. First time the complaint was attended and we were told that the problem is fixed. I again had same problem and registered a complaint regarding the same. The Complaint number: W9C41803050 registered on 18th April at 13.15pm. It has been 31hrs and no one has attended my complaint. LG have falsely advertised on their website claiming service within 24 hrs. It has been a horrible experience for me buying a LG Product.
