I bought an LG plasma TV, actually i gifted that to my mom on 12th may and on 23rd july the tv was not functioning, there was no picture and there was only the sound that was coming. I called them the next day 24th and they scheduled a service tech who came out the next day and said that the panel was bad and that needs to be replaced, and he said that he will order the part and he ordered it the same day and since then till now the part is not available and when i call them i get the run around. They say that the part has to come from noida or some place and was not available any where and when i called the tech, he said he will get the tv replaced and that made me feel better, and he never showed up after that at all. Its very bad the way they treat their customers, i have an LG microwave, a split a/c and a refrigerator and not to mention three mobile phone's and i am serious thought .i dont think i will ever buy an lg product after this.
