Dear Sirs,
this is regarding our one and a half year old LG refrigerator which has already been replced thrice and this piece is also not functioning properly. It is lying for repairs for past two months and Mr. Richard is not able to give us any answers. Infact he gets annoyed, is non cooperative and arrogant at times. He suggests that the fridge if can't be repaired, can lose the value by 25% and/or consumer forum is always open for you if i suggest that i may now think of going to a consumer protection cell or to the press. kindly suggest the corrective measures for both these problems.
