LG LXU Data card
Data Card is not working

I am using The reliance data card from last 6 months. My Reliance LG data card is not working properly from 24/09/09... and i hav given compliants to the customer care also but there is no response..and at ;ast i went for LG service center ad they told me that..we will giv u replacement..tilll now i didnt get any response... they are postponing everytime i am asking... please tell me a solution..my data card number is 9347382810
