Non receipt of Free DTH Connection

I had furnished the following details by speed-post on Dt 6-10

a) Demand draft Rs 99

b) Completely filled Claim Voucher

c) Original bar-code stickers

d) Photocopy of bill

So as above documents was submitted more than one month no free DTH connecton receive till to date. Please provide me early free DTH connecton as mention in my claim voucher.
