LG-RD8000 CDMA mobile phone

Sir,
I purchased abovesaid set for Rs.11, 000/- but from the very first week I encountered handset connectiivty problem as my other set of reliance was working properly in same location, so it may not be the problem of Tower. There are no spares available for LG RD 8000 in Allahabad service center.
I want to go to Consumer Forum so please let me know how many users of same set may come with me to join the case.
