We bought our fridges 3 year before and during this period we repaird it 3 or 4 times complaing by LG costmercare service every time they repair it and assure us that it will work properly but again there is a cooling problem. Neither they replace this defactive piece nor they give money back according to their 60% money back policy if the piece is defactive. Pls help us
