Dear Sir,
This has the reference to our several telecon discussion and follow up with your officials with regard to delivery of equipment ordered to you.
In conformity to purchase order delivery period was 28.02.2009 FOR site, which has expired long back. The equipments were requested for inspection by Sri J.Mishra on 16.02.2009 and 18.02.2009 including ACDB through email. On demand of routine test report, it was made clear that equipments were not manufactuered / ready at works.
Thereafter, lot of follow up and calls were made to Kolkatta and corporate office but in vein. Still on date the status of equipments are not known to us.
In the above circumstances, it seems that you are not interested in supply of equipments and we have been left with no other option than to forward the details to Jharkhand State Electricity Board for needful action, as your company name was in the Approved Makes list of NIT of JSEB.
