There was a fault in the sound of my LG 25" TV. I complained on 23rd of October and the engineer came on the 26th of october.
He said there is a fault in the sound. Some part has to be replaced and since then till today 7th November there is no response from LG.
I have been calling thrice everyday for the same. My old parents cannot watch TV at this moment for the past 14 days.
