LG Washing Machine
No one to attend complaint in their service department

My washing machine service complaint was made on 26/12/08, s7cc2601943 but was not attended, then again complaint was made on 2/1/08 - complaint no. s8c10205341- and nobody reverted, but we reminded the service no. every day and the executives like srinivas, murali, mansur, then finally murali was supposed to come on 4th and but every day being so busy and is unable to come .. till date 15th jan 08 they have not figured out to service.. why did I bought this product which is costly than any equivalent products, is the company hearing??? pl attend
