Not Received Money Back Amount

With reference to above policy I want to say that I have not received my 3 rd money back amount (7500/-) in August. I already contacted LIC personnel in Bilaspur office with my agent Mr. P. Madwani. As per them they have released cheque on 14.07.2008 but till date I have not received any cheque. After repeated follow up also I have not get any response from Office personnel.

Through this I Want to know whether I received it or not.
