Under money back policy I was supposed to get back an amount of Rs.10, 000/- (rupees ten thousand only) on March. But till date I don’t know what the position of the amount is. Kindly let me know that whether any cheque has been issued and dispatched to this address. If so then please let me know the date of dispatch, cheque number and the name of the bank. Also kindly check whether that amount was debited from your account or not.
