No proper customer care procedures

Hello,

My loan a/c no : 960103830 dt.12/11/07 - with interest rate of 10.25 from Thane (Mumbai - Mahararstra). So far no of times interest rates must have been fluctuated but no information has been received by me from LICHFL so far.

The staff is forcing most of the customers turning to their branch office (Thane) to go to Agents and put make your applications thro' agents only.

The whole business has been chanelised thro' Agents, those who try to ditch customers with false committments, wrong informations, wrong guidence and nothing goes in a authetic way in the said branch.

The current branch Manager seems to be a good person Mr. Mohan, but the whole staff (including Mrs. Chitale) has some hands-in-gloves with agents to ensure most of the business thro' Agents.

So beware of the said institute. Not worth to deal with for an educated customers.
