It's really unfortunate what happened with Sumit. Hey man I really empathize with you. It seems that 3i-infotech HR has acted like goons in extracting money from you. Let's hope and pray that the amount extracted from you will contribute heavily towards their dream of becoming a billion dollar company soon. It's high time that the senior management takes note of the high handedness of the HR.Please make a note that software industry has become highly clustered these days and everything which the 3i is doing is doing no good, instead tarnishing their image even more in the market. Let god forgive this company for all their anti employee policies. I would request Ms Sabeta to stop the imbecile game of playing the cat and mouse game with the employees. If you can't recognize that there is serious short coming in the infrastructure that this company provides then it's better not to give any feeble excuses for the same. Let's pray to god that this company comes out of the pigeonhole in which it has bored itself and see how the software industry works.
