It is Group company of ICICI. But it behaves worst with its staff than the ICICI Bank which sells Credit Cards through DMEs who is telling lies and then Harrase customer even for 10, 000/= over due.
During Interview it has been clearly told that onemonth notice period. I have received a Indent which is talks about my pay package but silent on notice period. But 3 days after joining to NOIDA Bus Intelligence, they asked me sing a Terms of Employement which states it is 3month notice. It also includes so many other classes which were not at all discussed during Interveiw.
As per Indian Contract Act, Sec 16, it is Undue Influence and not enforesable, and hence I have signed.
The worst thing is 3i-Infotech is also not paying Salary for 3months notice period for people who abide the agreement.
They asked people (Mgt Trainees) to leave, but insist them to pay the Bond (85, 000/- or Rs.100, 000/-)
and not giving the Original Certificates of the Mgt Trainees in time also.
Only the Government can do some thing, and make the 3i Infotech behave and do business and HR practices Properly. Please don't join 3i Infotech Noida (Hyperion / Business Intelligence) even in Dreams. You are not a staff or employee there, but you are a Slave. That is what they want.
PLEASE THINK TWICE (SORRY 25 TIMES) BEFORE JOINING 3I INFOTECH.
THEY CREATE ALL PROBLEMS WHILE LEVAING AND ATLAST PUT YOU IN ABSCONDING LIST, TO AFFTECT YOUR FUTURE.
Even you want to do MBA and so to quit the job, 3i Infotech will not give back the Original Certificates in time, and they make it sure that you suffer if you are leaving them.
