Payment made not updated

LIC policy no. 712327688 payment of RS.704.00 paid through AXIS BANK net banking on 1.10.08 (transaction no. icoonn/5950122/020010200024365/011088/1). During the final process my computer got hanged. Mean while I checked my account. The same amount was deducted. But sofor the receipt for the payment is not received sofor in website. Please look in to this and do the needful and communicate the same.
