Statement not received after doing investment in 2006

Dear Sirs,

I had invested a sum of Rs. 30, 000/- of Bank of Baroda in October in favour of LIC MARKET PLUS SCHEME and now it is going to be 3 years in October and I have not received any Statement of Account till now so I want to know that what is the Current Value of my investment mentioned as above urgently.
