Cheque returned from bank

Your maturity cheques are written in a very careless manner now-a-days. In June this year we got two cheques from LIC Market Plus ; one in my name Kasturi Roy Chowdhury and the other in my husband's name Asesh Roy Chowdhury. Both were of amount 16304/-

My husband's cheque had to be returned for correction as the branch name was incorrect.

My cheque which was deposited in the SBI Jadavpur branch has also come back to me for it was ovewritten in places and not duly signed. Over and above bank has debited an amount Rs 75/- as service charge.

Advice me what i should do with this cheque? How can i get hold of these signatories?
