I m not satisfid with your company service

Dear sir,

I am Mahesh. H advisor of reliance life insurance company Gulbarga

my advisor code no-20569184.

i got TDS certificate from r.life insurance co. and i applied for TDS for year of 09 but there is no responce from company still one year.

income tax officer said your company didn"t credited your TDS amount in pan a/c.

thats why i had enquired in branch office, they all showing too negligance.

Please take a action regarding there working style.

Please kindly consider my case.
