Non receipt of ny brokerage cheque

I, sangeeta rani, r/o am-31, shalimar bagh, delhi-110088 is an agent of lic of india at defrien bridge branch, kashmere gate, delhi-110006.for the last 14 months i m not getting my commission cheque from the branch.what should i do for my commission cheque. earlier it were delivered in my corporation bank savings bank account through ecs but not now i m getting the same. kindly help me out. thanx and regards, sangeeta rani. my mobile no. is 9999579762.
