LIC online payment
Password and id forgotten

HI,

I registered my policy for online payment,

But i have forgotten my id & password,

Kindly cancel this forgotten id & password.

I have successfully registered mine one more policy in other id,

Now i want to add this policy no to my newly created id,

Kindly help me in canceling the forgotten id & password POLICY NO is 612912903
