Address change not effected -annual pension not received

I have not yet received the annual pension due to me under policy number 753295547 of 06.11.2003 plan no 161.varishta pension bima yojana for Rs 266665.

my old address: No 25, kaveri nagar, srirangam.

MY NEW ADDRESS: G. MANGALAMBAL, C/O G.VENKATAKRISHNAN,

BUILDING 3, GF 1, RHYTHM TANGO, PARSN SESH NESTLE,

NANJUNDAPURAM ROAD, COIMBATORE-641036.

please do needful and expedite my pension within this week.
