This is to request you that the amount due in Dec 07 Rs 24000/- related to the above mentioned policy was receive in March end 2008 through your Cheque serial No 452 161

dated 07.03.2008.

Kindly see that such anomalies do not occur in future and pay me the commpensation/Interest as per rules. Pl also note my Bank account no for future payments. A/C No : 10059010267, SBI Mahanager Branch Lucknow.
