4 Ultra Sexy Watches
Worst quality products, irresponsible customer care and doesnt keep up the time

I made an order for 4 ultra sexy watches thru phone. i got the product on time but the watch stap was broken. quality was the worst i have ever seen in my life. they advertise as if they sell a good quality product. those watches we get for 100 rs, they advertise saying that they give us the lowest price in the market. Indiatimes being a largest media organization should not cheat people displaying the worst quality product for high price and say that they give the best for lowest price. when i cancelled the order they took over 1 week for cancelling the order, 1 more week to take the product back, 6 more working days to cancel the product (8 days) and later after confirming the cancellation they need 10 working days to return our money back (15 days including weekends). Finally we get our money back after one and half month. they take the money from us on spot, courier person will not wait till we check the product.

I want the authorities to take respective actions on these shoopping organisations and stop them fooling the people.

please consider this as a serious issue..
