WRONG DELIVERY OF COURIER

HI,

this is Abhishek Dey Store Manager of Clarks Store, F-141, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon.

I supposed to be received the courier from my head Office (Santacruz (E.)

containing Important Document inside the courier. Delivery Boy delivered that courier in ITC Wills LIFESTYLE store (Ambience Mall) instead of CLARKS Store.

Delivery Boy (pappu) and his mobile no. is 09811091085.

Really upset from your worst service provided by your company i had been seen in my life.

On THE TOP OF COURIER ENVELOPE MY NAME WITH MY MOB. NO. 09971374334. WAS ALREADY MENTIONED TTHEN ALSO mr. Pappu DARED TO DELIVERED THAT COURIER IN ITC Wills Lifestyle which shall be not expected from your side.

I am going in a Consumer Court if necessary Action shall not be taken immediately.
