It’s to bring in your notice that today there is fund transfer from my saving account no 039901512867 of Rs 5156.70 against below mention Loan no.
As per the conversation with Deepak (Bank Person at Rohini) I had asked for Acknowledgement for this but till date I haven’t got the same and Transaction is done from my account so I am bit worried like it’s a truth that the settlement is going to be done in Rs 7000/- because as I am not having any proof on same. And this amount (Today Transaction) is going to be count on my settlement amount.
Earlier also I had very bad experience after making a settlement payment the person who had given me a settlement option (2 shots 30k each) he said that to deposit & 5000/- on 1/10/07 and make and other 55 k to be paid in installment these words he had given me on 1 oct 07 at jhandewala branch in Delhi but the settlement letter was issued on 6 oct 07 which was showing 2 installment of 30 k each in 2 month instead of 55 k when I raised these query he said its going to reflect in the NOC letter which will be there in month or two months time but its not done now your organization people are asking for settlement on this which I am agree and given you the conversation details above.
On this I am enclosing all details (Receipt of deposits).
