Lifetime prepaid
Careless of customer care

I am ruma das, recharge my lifetime prepaid mobile with 69 bonus card and got the facility of V2V 30 paise/min, to others 75 paise/min. and 100 local sms free.

at 17.06.2008 night around 10:17 p.m i call to ur customer care and asking him that, tell me the exact rs that i get same facility. then the man said me for recharging 74... but now i see that this is not the exact voucher that i want...

so if possible please change my facility from Rs 74 to Rs 69, then i will be vry thankfull.
