I had registered with firm M/s Lilam Enterprises Pune (Registration number - 25349 and My payment receipt number - 5362) for a maid for Baby sitting who will be with us (24 hrs). I have paid 9, 000 Rs. cash and got the maid, at the same time it was agreed that If maid is not good then agency will change it immediately with 10 days prior notice. Unfortunately, maid was not good and I have raised the request to change the maid on 17th Mar and continuously contacting M/s Pooja (who is coordinate in my case) but still there is no response or action taken by Pooja or any other responsible member from this agency. I called their office several times, but no progress has been made in this regard, till date their Pune branch are not able to arrange a maid and continuously fooling me saying that we will arrange maid within 1 0r 2 days. I do not understand what kind of unethical approach this agency having. Now I am struggling to get my money back from this Agency.
