At almost all Liquor shop owners in bangalore liquor shop owners ask for Rs 5-15 above the MRP but this particular shop which is near my home asked me for Rs 15 extra on a commodity which cost Rs 58 as per the MRP. When i asked him for a bill he flatly refused to give me one. I told him that I will complaint against him but he told me that it would make no difference as he had bribed the officials also. I dont know the exact address of the shop but it is just adjacent to BTM bus stop, opposite to AXA building, BTM 1st stage.
Also at Urvashi Theatres, Lalbagh, Bangalore, the shop owners inside the cinema hall charge above MRP for all the items, for example a packet of chips that reads MRP as Rs.10 is sold at Rs 15, chocolate that says MRP as Rs.30 is sold at 40 and so on.
