I started receiving e-mails from these people claiming that I had won 1 million British Pounds because my e-mail address was drawn in a drawing in which no tickets were sold and no one had played. How can someone win a million dollars in a lottery that no one participated in? Anyway, the bottom line is that in order to get your check you must pay them between 1, 100 dollars or 1'300 dollars. No lottery is going to charge money in order for you to receive your winnings.
What can be done to stop these internet thieves?
