Non payment of FD maturity amount

We, ASHOK KUMAR SAXENA AND Smt NEERJA SAXENA had deposited an amount of Rs.10, 000/- EACH as Fixed Deposit with M/s Lloyd Finance Ltd. The F D Receipt Nos are C/1297014579 & C/1297014580 dated 26.11.1997. As per terms the maturity amount was payable after fifty one month, however, the company has not paid the same. After discharging, the deposit receipt was already sent to the Company. Please help
