Sub: Non receipt of interest from lloyds finance ltd - regarding

Ref; FDR No. F/169702270 dated 21.11.1997.

My FDR matured on 17.11.1998 with lot of persuation and effert I got my principal amount by 14.05.1999 thanks a lot.

Now my request is, I am supposed to get the interest from 1.10.1998 @ Rs.7625 per quarter. I am heart patient aged 84 under gone angioplasty and my husband expired because non refund of prinicipal amount from you in time (April 1998)

Please help me in this.
